PROGRAM DESCRIPTION

Upgrade your certificate to a diploma! This program is for RPNs currently working to CNO’s full scope of practice.

ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS

1. Official Transcripts: Ontario College Practical Nursing program AND
2. College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO) Certificate of Registration AND
3. Currently working to full Scope of Practice as outlined by the CNO

* Basic computer skills are required

HOW DO I APPLY ?

Forward a cover letter along with:

1. Copy of PN certificate
2. Letter from your employer outlining your current practice
3. Copy of your current CNO Certificate of Registration
4. Resume outlining your nursing practice and continuing education courses

NOTE

You must complete the full program within 3 years of admission.
