This program has been developed specifically for both individuals who are new and who are currently working in the condominium field. Condominium management is a growth industry throughout the province of Ontario. Participants will learn how to deal with people, buildings and record-keeping. A combination of theory and practical problems are incorporated into all courses providing opportunities for participants to develop their knowledge, skills and abilities in managing effective condominiums. There are four compulsory ACMO courses: Condominium Law, Physical Building Management, Financial Planning for Condominium Managers and Condominium Administrative and Human Relations. Completion of Compulsory ACMO courses (4) is a prerequisite to writing the Registered Condominium Manager (RCM) examination set by the Association of Condominium Managers of Ontario.

Upon completion of the four compulsory courses, you can write the comprehensive Registered Condominium Manager (RCM) examination set by the Association of Condominium Managers of Ontario to receive this professional designation.
To receive a college certificate, you must successfully complete the four compulsory courses and one of the elective courses listed below.
