Mail-in registrations will be processed as received until courses are full. Please include a separate cheque or money order (payable to Mohawk College) for each course for which you are registering. We suggest this in case one of your courses is unavailable or waitlisted.
Courses with insufficient enrollment will be cancelled before the course starts. To avoid having your course cancelled, we suggest you register at least one week prior to the course start date.

When can I use HAWK? 7 days per week! Touchtone registration for each semester commences at 8:30 a.m. ET on the day the print catalogue is available.
How do I register with HAWK? You will need the following information:

Your Mohawk College student number (your Student I.D. Number is on your student card, any receipts or transcripts you have been issued)

The Course Registration Number (CRN) which is located at the left of every course offering line in our catalogue

Your VISA or MasterCard Number and the Expiry Date of your card
Before you phone the HAWK, it's helpful to have all of your information together. The Hawk worksheet will help you with that.
If you find our telephone lines are busy during registration peak times, our fax service or web registration may be a helpful options for you.
NOTE: If you're registering for a course that requires special approval or if you do not have a Mohawk student number, please register by web, mail, fax or in person.
You may complete the Registration Form then print it out and mail or fax it to the Continuing Education Registration Office.
The information on the application form is collected under the legal authority of the Ministry of Colleges and Universities Act, R.S.O. 1980, Chapter 272,S.S.; R.R.O. 1980, Regulation 640. The information is used for administrative and statistical purposes of the Ontario College Application Service, Colleges and/or the Ministries and Agencies of the Government of Ontario and the Government of Canada and may be used for research purposes by the Colleges, Ministry of Colleges and Universities, Ministry of Education and other researchers.
