Highlights
- Plan, organize and manage the technical and artistic aspects of the production of a television pilot program
- Produce content for film, video, DVD and the web
- Engage directors and production staff, and resolve production issues
- Determine innovative scope, treatment and scheduling of productions and adapt scripts and programs to reach specific audiences
- Coordinate all stages of production schedule to ensure deadlines are met, safety on set is assured, and legal and ethical requirements are met before approval for release
- Edit an HD video digitally, adding graphics and sound; maintain professional, legal and ethical industry standards
- Negotiate with administrators, investors, contractors, directors and other investors to finance productions and negotiate royalties
- Pitch the pilot program to the target audience as a freelance producer for funding and support
