Davenport University

2008-09 Davenport Institutional Scholarships
Davenport University can help just about anyone afford a college education. Review our list of scholarships and you may find that you qualify. Check out the criteria and you could be eligible for a scholarship from $500 to full tuition. There is plenty of money to be awarded, but don’t wait.

Griffith University

Canadian Colleges Scholarship - Griffith University has twenty-five (25) partial tuition scholarships – covering tuition for a maximum of two (2) semesters not in excess of AUD $1,500 per semester.  The scholarships on offer to students from our Canadian Colleges partner schools commencing in January or July. Applications will be assessed on academic merit, demonstrated leadership and personal character.

Lakehead University

Applications for the Lakehead University Transfer Scholarship and Transfer Student Bursary are available on-line via the Lakehead University Student Financial Aid and Awards website under “Prospective Students”.


Ontario International Education Opportunity Scholarships

Scholarship opportunities valued at up to $2500 each for students completing part of their academic program abroad.

Eligibility criteria:

  • must be a Canadian citizen, permanent resident or have protected person status
  • must be in good academic standing with Mohawk College
  • must have demonstrated financial need

More information and applications are available from the Mohawk College Awards Office, Room C066, Fennell Campus. This scholarship is offered as part of the Ministry of Training, Colleges and Universities International Strategy.


Saginaw Valley State University

Financial assistance will be provided for selected students through the Horizon Scholarship, a partial tuition scholarship. Scholarships will be awarded as part of the admissions process.


University Canada West

UCW currently is offering a number of scholarships ranging from $1000 to $25000, for undergraduate and degree completion students. This is an excellent opportunity for Mohawk students or graduates who are considering UCW. University Canada West Scholarship


University Canada West - Victoria College of Art Scholarship

These scholarships are available to potential Victoria College of Art, Academy of Interior Design, Academy of  Communication Design, and Academy of Fashion Design students.

The Entrance Scholarship is available to applicants registering in a full program for the first time. These scholarships are based on perceived existing talent through examination of a portfolio of the applicant's original work. Funds must be applied as a supplement to full-time program tuition in first year.


University of Western Sydney

The University of Western Sydney College of Business in Australia is proud to offer selected Mohawk students a pathway to the Bachelor of Business and Commerce. In addition, eligible students have the opportunity to receive one of four AU $2500 study grants if they are applying to commence studies in a BBC key program for July 2008.

If you are completing a diploma in one of the following disciplines in 2008 and plan to transfer to UWS Bachelor of Business and Commerce for July 2008, you will automatically be considered for the College of Business study grant.

- Accounting
- Business Administration
- General Business
- Marketing
